Coach Chyapa has over 25 years of working experience with 13 years as an outstanding country leader of global leading organizations in Thailand such as AT&T, Equant (France Telecom subsidiaries) and Anixter. She has a proven track record in leading IT/Telco business in Thailand to the top position in the market. She also spends more than 12 years leading an executive search business with focus in senior executive position. She is now an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and progressively working as an executive coach for several big organizations in Thailand.

She was well recognized as a successful country leader not only among top management and team members but also among business partners and customers. Her key contribution in developing people in her team as well as in business partners’ team had resulted in winning several big projects in Thailand.

As an executive coach, Chyapa has significant success in becoming an ICF Associate Certified Coach within only 6 months. She is not only playing the role of coach but also transforming a sustainable development in her coachees thru some training programs. All her coachees do appreciate her valued contribution as they all are able to accomplish their goals for both professional and personal lives. In addition, her coachees have learned how to apply coaching competencies in their lives thru the coaching process and ultimately they are able to be a good coach not only for themselves but also for their teams.
